These Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern your access to CollageKart's website, student account, education counselling, institution discovery, admission assistance, student communities, and paid programs (collectively, Services). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

CollageKart is the education-guidance brand identified on this website. Our Udyam registration identifies our enterprise as a micro enterprise; it must not be understood as a government approval or endorsement of our services. Additional service-specific terms shown to you before purchase also apply where relevant.

You must provide accurate, current information when registering. Mobile OTP verification confirms access to a phone number at that time; it does not independently verify your identity, educational qualifications, or ownership of any email address you enter.

• Keep your account, OTPs, and sign-in credentials confidential. Never share an OTP with a caller or counsellor.
• If you are under 18, a parent or lawful guardian must review and authorise your use and any payment or data submission as required by applicable law.
• You are responsible for activity on your account unless it results from a failure attributable to CollageKart. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

CollageKart provides information, education counselling, college and course shortlisting, documentation guidance, application coordination, student resources, and related support. The precise scope of a service is what we expressly describe to you at the time of enrolment or purchase.

CollageKart is not a university, college, examining body, accreditation authority, scholarship authority, or government admissions agency. We do not award degrees or decide admissions. We may work with independent counsellors, freelancers, mentors, and education partners, subject to applicable arrangements.

Admissions, scholarships, course eligibility, fee concessions, placements, examination results, and visa decisions are made by the relevant institution or authority, not by CollageKart. Guidance and recommendations are advisory and do not guarantee any result.

• Admission remains subject to eligibility, original-document verification, institutional rules, deadlines, seat availability, and payment confirmation.
• Published college fees, ranking information, placement statistics, and course details can change. Verify decisive information through official institutional sources before paying or applying.
• Any admission estimate, match score, or counselling recommendation is not an offer of admission.

You are responsible for supplying authentic documents, correct personal and academic details, and timely approvals. You authorise CollageKart to use the information and documents you submit to provide the services you request, including transmitting them to the relevant institution or authorised processing partner where necessary and lawfully permitted.

• Review forms and submitted details before confirming. Notify us immediately about errors or changed information.
• Do not submit altered documents, false scores, forged certificates, or information belonging to someone else without authorisation.
• Colleges may request additional documents, reject incomplete applications, or change admission timelines under their own rules.

A college's appearance on CollageKart does not by itself mean it is an official partner or endorses our platform. Where a specific institutional tie-up, referral relationship, sponsored feature, or financial arrangement is relevant to your decision, we aim to communicate it clearly and accurately.

CollageKart may receive a referral fee or service remuneration from certain institutions or partners where lawful. Such arrangements do not change the institution's admission requirements or guarantee acceptance. IIT and IIM references in program descriptions identify an educational audience or student experience; they do not imply an official IIT or IIM endorsement unless expressly verified and stated.

Before payment, check the amount, recipient, purpose, tax treatment if applicable, and whether the charge is for a CollageKart service or an institution's registration, tuition, or other fee. A payment is not confirmed until the receiving payment channel has successfully processed it and the relevant recipient confirms receipt.

• A CollageKart-issued payment acknowledgement confirms the transaction recorded by CollageKart. It is not an official university receipt and does not itself prove that a college has posted the amount to its student ledger.
• Institutional fees, deposits, registration charges, hostel charges and other third-party payments are governed by the recipient's published terms and applicable law.
• Pay only through payment details that CollageKart or the institution has independently confirmed through official communication. Do not transfer funds to an individual's account based solely on an unsolicited call or message.
• Report mistaken charges, suspected fraud, or a missing confirmation promptly with the transaction reference. Never send your PIN, password or OTP as payment proof.

Any service-specific cancellation or refund conditions must be communicated before purchase. Eligibility for a refund depends on the service purchased, what has already been supplied, the institution or payment provider's applicable rules, and consumer rights under law. We do not exclude refunds or remedies that the law requires.

• If CollageKart is unable to deliver a paid CollageKart service, contact support for an appropriate remedy, such as rescheduling, a suitable alternative, or a refund in accordance with applicable law and the agreed service scope.
• Requests concerning money received directly by a college, payment gateway, or other third party may need resolution with that recipient; CollageKart will assist with records reasonably available to it.
• For a refund or billing complaint, email contact@collagekart.in with your order reference, amount, payment date and a description of the issue. Do not email full card or bank-login credentials.

Any paid student pass, including programs advertised at ₹499, provides only the specific materials, counselling access, community access or sessions described at checkout or in the written offer. Optional personalised sessions, add-ons, and institution charges are not included unless explicitly stated.

• Session availability may depend on mentor schedules. We will communicate scheduling arrangements and available alternatives if a promised session cannot be delivered.
• Educational materials and advice are for personal learning, not a promise of selection or admission.
• Mentors and student contributors share individual experiences; their views do not represent an official institution's position.

Community spaces, events, student groups and discussion tools are intended for respectful educational interaction. You are responsible for your own posts and for assessing advice offered by other participants.

• No harassment, discrimination, threats, scams, spam, impersonation, or unauthorised solicitation.
• Do not post someone else's documents, private phone number, student records, or confidential data without lawful permission.
• Do not share paid resources, access links, recordings or community content outside the allowed personal-use scope.
• We may moderate or restrict community access when necessary for safety, policy compliance or legal reasons, subject to applicable rights.

Our handling of personal data is described separately in our Privacy Policy and in any notice shown when data is collected. Depending on your request, relevant details may need to be shared with colleges, counsellors, payment processors, service providers, or regulators for legitimate and lawfully permitted purposes.

We use security measures appropriate to the Services, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Users should safeguard their devices and avoid sending sensitive data through public or unverified channels. Promotional communication preferences and lawful consent choices should be handled separately from the acceptance of these Terms.

Unless expressly identified otherwise, CollageKart's original website design, materials, logos, text, graphics and program content are owned by us or used under permission. You may use material made available to you for legitimate, personal educational purposes under the relevant licence or purchase terms.

• Do not copy, resell, scrape at scale, republish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access to accounts, APIs, databases, administrative panels or connected systems.
• Third-party college names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Links, institution portals, scholarship sites, video tools, payment gateways, messaging services and other third-party platforms may have their own terms, policies, fees and security practices. CollageKart does not control those independent services. Their actions are their own responsibility, subject to any specific commitments made by CollageKart and applicable law.

We may investigate suspected abuse and proportionately suspend or restrict access when necessary to protect students, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms or comply with law. Where appropriate and practicable, we will provide information about the restriction and a way to contact support.

We may update features, correct published information, or discontinue offerings. Material changes affecting a paid service will be addressed consistently with the applicable agreement and legal rights.

We seek to provide reasonable care in delivering the Services. Information is provided for educational guidance and must be checked against official sources for high-stakes decisions. We are not responsible for independent admission decisions, institutional policies or third-party outages that are outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent lawfully permitted, CollageKart is not liable for speculative, indirect or consequential losses caused solely by use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any statutory liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be limited. Any limitation is subject to applicable Indian law.

If something goes wrong, contact us with a clear description and supporting reference numbers so we can review the matter. We aim to attempt good-faith resolution before formal proceedings. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, and competent courts and statutory consumer forums retain the jurisdiction provided by law; nothing here removes a consumer's mandatory rights or remedies.

When required by law, we will provide an appropriate notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect. Existing paid commitments remain subject to applicable contract and consumer protections.
